End User License Agreement — Swift Numbers Reporting
Effective date: July 16, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Swift Numbers Reporting application (the "Application"), an internal software tool owned and operated by Swift Bookkeeping & More LLC, doing business as Swift Numbers ("Swift Numbers," "we," "us"), of Austin, Texas.
1. Nature of the Application
The Application is an internal-use tool that connects to QuickBooks® Online on behalf of Swift Numbers' bookkeeping clients to retrieve accounting report data and generate financial reports (such as profit and loss statements) as part of the professional bookkeeping services those clients have engaged Swift Numbers to perform. The Application is not distributed to the public, is not available for download or purchase, and is used solely by authorized Swift Numbers personnel.
2. License
Use of the Application is limited to employees and authorized contractors of Swift Numbers. No license, right, or interest in the Application is granted to any other party. Clients of Swift Numbers do not install, access, or operate the Application.
3. Data Access and Use
The Application accesses accounting data from QuickBooks Online companies only where Swift Numbers has been engaged by the client and holds appropriate authorization. Data retrieved is used solely to prepare financial reports and related deliverables for that client, consistent with our engagement with the client and our Privacy Policy. Data is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of Swift Bookkeeping & More LLC. QuickBooks and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used in connection with authorized API access. This Application is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit Inc.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided for internal use "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Bookkeeping & More LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in this Agreement limits the terms of any client engagement letter, which governs our professional services.
6. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page.
